1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using EAT-INN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EAT-INN is a recipe management, meal planning, and kitchen organization application that allows users to:
- Manage recipes
- Track kitchen inventory
- Discover meal ideas
- Receive AI-assisted suggestions
- Track nutrition and meal plans
Features may change over time without notice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use EAT-INN
- If you are between 13 and 17, you must have parental permission
- The App is available globally, subject to local laws
4. Accounts & Authentication
- Sign in using Apple Sign-In or email authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You agree to provide accurate information
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
Account Deletion
Delete your account anytime via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email support@eatinn.org. Deletion is permanent and removes all data within 30 days.
5. Subscription Terms
Plans
- Monthly: $10.00/month
- Yearly: $30.00/year
- Promotional: $20.00/year (limited-time)
Prices in USD. Current pricing shown in App Store before purchase.
Payment & Renewal
- Charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation
- Auto-renews unless canceled 24+ hours before period ends
- Manage subscriptions in App Store > Account Settings
Refunds
No refunds for unused portions. Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
6. Free Trials
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Trial duration shown before you start (typically 3-7 days)
- Cancel anytime in App Store > Subscriptions
- One trial per Apple ID
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant Beldangi Fax Machine LC a non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate the App. Publicly shared recipes may be viewed by other users.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Infringe copyrights or intellectual property
- Abuse or harass other users
- Reverse-engineer or exploit the App
9. Health & Dietary Disclaimer
EAT-INN does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. All suggestions are for informational purposes only.
- You are responsible for your food choices and health decisions
- Consult a healthcare professional before dietary changes
- Nutrition calculations are estimates
- AI recipes may not account for all food safety considerations
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with:
- Supabase - Database and authentication
- Apple - Sign-in, payments, subscriptions
- RevenueCat - Subscription management
- OpenAI - AI recipe generation
- Google AdMob - Advertising (free tier)
- Sentry - Error monitoring
Premium subscribers are ad-free and not subject to AdMob tracking.
11. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, and software are owned by Beldangi Fax Machine LC. You may not copy or distribute any part without permission.
12. Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms, the App is discontinued, or required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beldangi Fax Machine LC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Beldangi Fax Machine LC from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vermont, United States.
