Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using EAT-INN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

EAT-INN is a recipe management, meal planning, and kitchen organization application that allows users to:

• Manage recipes
• Track kitchen inventory
• Discover meal ideas
• Receive AI-assisted suggestions

Features may change over time without notice.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use EAT-INN.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The App is available globally, but use is subject to local laws.

Accounts & Authentication

• You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or email authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $10.00 per month
• Yearly: $30.00 per year
• Promotional Plan (occasional): $20.00 per month (limited-time offers)

Payment

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal & Management

• Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store > Account Settings.

Refunds

• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple, not Pokhrel Development LLC.

Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered:

• It automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Only one free trial per Apple ID.

User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, notes, preferences).

License

By submitting content, you grant Pokhrel Development LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process the content solely to operate and improve the App.

Public Content

If you choose to share recipes publicly, you allow other users to view and use them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Health & Dietary Disclaimer

• You are responsible for allergies, dietary restrictions, and health decisions.
• Consult a professional before making dietary changes.

Third-Party Services

• The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, payments).
• Pokhrel Development LLC is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Intellectual Property

• All App content, branding, UI, logos, and software are owned by Pokhrel Development LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• The App is discontinued
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pokhrel Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, health outcomes, or service interruptions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pokhrel Development LLC from claims arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your content
• Violation of these Terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
